7 months agoFast and friendly drive through staff. Rarely would I think of reviewing a Timmies, especially since they got taken over, but this location ALWAYS has friendly people on the window, and that's all I really ask for. They are happy, courteous, and make a fella drive away smiling. Plus I can fuel up and wash the car at the same location! :)

7 months agoOften, there are many menu items unavailable or don't have! Napkins and condiments have to be requested! However, the fast drive-through service and hot n cold drinks are OUTSTANDING!

7 months agoThis is my go to place when I’m working in Pentiction. The staff are super friendly and they seem to remember and take care of their regulars which is very refreshing to see! The baked goods have always been fresh for me and the new renovations makes the place bright and welcoming.

7 months agoBy far the best customer service I have ever had from a Tim Hortons! I order something and it was going to take 15 minutes so they offered anything else on the menu so I asked for something else but I asked for no cheese and they accidentally put it on so I took it back and they were super understanding and gave 2 free coffee coupons. Thanks for the great customer service to the staff there and the lady that helped us!

7 months agoNormally, other tims locations in town here, very seldom have chicken noodle soup but this tims by the channel supplies it more then not got my free soup using my points and soup was good so no complaints here
